ORDERING

WE OFFER FREE DOMESTIC SHIPPING ON ALL ITEMS, EXCEPT FOR THE DOG BOOK, TSHIRT AND "ANIMAL SPIRIT CD!

-Ordering your products are made easy with our shopping cart, just follow the simple steps
-Orders are processed securely, so you can be assured your credit card information is safe, we also accept Paypal.
-You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been placed
-The Dog book will always ship be Shipped via USPS Air, and will ship from a different Warehouse.
-At this time we do not accept Phone orders
-We do not accept checks. We do accept Visa, Master Card, and Paypal at this time
-You will receive an email confirmation once your order has shipped
-Please allow 1-3 days for processing your order, in most cases packages are shipped out of our warehouses within one business day
-Orders may be filled and shipped from multiple warehouses, your orders may arrive separately
-Packages are via UPS Ground, or U.S. Postal Service, depending on the item.
-Please allow 3-10 business days for UPS ground shipping for domestic delivery (Most Orders), They may arrive sooner.
-Packages sent via U.S. Postal Service generally take longer to arrive (Most Orders)
-PLEASE DO NOT REFUSE SHIPMENT, There is a $10 Fee for refused shipment


INTERNATIONAL  SHIPPING/HANDLING  GUIDELINES/POLICY
- All international orders will be shipped by Air Mail via the US Postal Service
- We have found that shipping via the US Postal Service is really the most cost effective and reliable  method for shipping internationally from the U.S.
-Please allow 1-3 business days to process your order
-Please allow up to 6-21 days for delivery - it usually takes 4-5 days to clear customs.
-Although most items ship with no issues, and is rarely a problem, Some items are not allowed to be shipped into certain countries, it is your responsibility to determine if you can receive these items
-Perishable items may not stay fresh in transit to some countries, and we cannot give credit or replacement on these items
-In rare cases, additional fees may apply
-You May Have Custom's Fees - Shipping fees do not include import duties, VAT or tariffs; these are the responsibility of the customer.
-PLEASE DO NOT REFUSE SHIPMENT, There is a $10 Fee for refused shipment


RETURNS

-We will gladly accept returns or exchanges on most items up to 15 days after the shipping date.
-There may be a 15% restocking fee on returned items, excluding the dog book.
-The dog book has a 30 day money back satisfaction guarantee.
-We have only had 2 returns on the dog book since selling the item worldwide since 1998!
-All other items must be returned within 15 days or we cannot issue credit. All returns and exchanges must be returned sealed in their original packaging.
-In most cases, if you return an item in unused and resalable condition, we will refund your money for the item returned (less shipping) or exchange the item, whichever you like. If you return an item that is not in resalable condition, it will be returned to you without credit issued.
-Food items cannot be returned due to their sensitive nature. In the event that you are not satisfied with the quality of a food item, please contact us and we will try to notify the manufacturer and we'll attempt to have a replacement sent to you free of charge if possible.
-After we have received the returned item/s We will credit your account within 12-15 business days of receipt of returned items. Allow up to 30 days for your refund to be processed. Shipping charges are not refundable.
-Please note, when you return an item to us, you must cover the cost of return/shipping unless something was shipped to you in error or you received damaged items.
